Visit our Returns & Refunds page and fill in the request form. Our team will review it within 1–2 business days.
How do I become a vendor on Allnest?
Click 'Sell on AllNest' in the footer or header. Fill in your store details and submit your application. Our admin team reviews all applications within 2–3 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for eligible areas in Kigali.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Kigali takes 1–3 business days. Vendors outside Kigali may take 3–7 days.
